This week I am going to try a new Risotto recipe. If you haven't noticed, I am on a Risotto kick lately. I don't know if it's the creamy goodness that I love so much or the variety of different things you can put in it that I love so much, but either way I am making another Risotto recipe.

I am going to pair this with salmon, but I am going to just throw something together to top the salmon, so I don't have a recipe for that....sorry! But I will let you know what I came up with after I make it :)
